I am a results-driven Senior Project Manager with 6.5+ years of experience governing complex, multi-national project portfolios. My work sits at the intersection of business intent and technical execution: I take ambiguous enterprise requirements and convert them into scoped, funded, staffed and measurable delivery plans.

Today I lead global implementations of the STATIM Policy Administration System at Novac Technology Solutions, working with insurance carriers to align a mature product with their core business processes. Previously I directed portfolios across the USA, Canada, East Africa and the UAE — an AI semantic search platform for a US commercial enterprise, a property management system for an East African PropTech leader, an RPA-driven broker portal for a leading UAE insurer, and a data lake migration that cut front-end report load times by 90%.
